Connectercise was born out of the belief that exercise is more than just fitness. It is a total wellbeing experience of both our physical and mental health, that combines personal or group exercise, with meditation and massage.
Matthew Morgan-Jones leads group exercise classes, one-on-one personal training sessions, meditation sessions and offers relaxation, aromatherapy, and sports massages - creating an inclusive and engaging programme for the body, mind, and soul.
MATTHEW MORGAN-JONES
Matthew was an enthusiastic class participant who fell in love with group fitness and wellness and became an instructor! Bringing his engaging and positive self to each class and client, he has established an inclusive, fun, environment.
Matthew is a qualified exercise instructor and coach, specialising in stretch, core, strength; he’s also a certified Les Mills Instructor. By combining an engaging, motivating, and technical instructor style, he will keep you connected and focused on your programme. Matthew has certifications in group exercise and personal training and keeps up to date with new innovations through continued professional development.
Matthew is certified in Swedish massage, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology. By combining fitness with massage treatments, he is able to offer a holistic wellbeing experience.
GROUP EXERCISE
Group exercise offers you the opportunity to exercise and connect with others in a supportive and inclusive environment. Matthew engages participants with warmth and humour – you will always find his classes enjoyable.

PERSONAL TRAINING
If you require a more personal approach, one-on-one personal training is ideal. Matthew can work with you in a variety of local gyms, assessing your current goals, working through a tailor-made exercise programme with set reviews to ensure you stay on track.

MEDITATION
Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that has been proven to benefit your emotional wellbeing and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and to cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming, so you can stay centered and maintain inner peace
Matthew leads dedicated meditation classes and incorporates meditation as part of his yoga practice.

MASSAGE
Massage has been practiced for thousands of years to heal injuries, to help with certain health conditions, and to promote overall wellness.
Matthew is a qualified masseur, registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) offering relaxation, aromatherapy, reflexology, and sports massages. These are delivered in your home or at a treatment room. Review the massage treatments available and contact Matthew to discuss your needs.
